Oh. You’re feeling a little down because you love hentai SO MUCH and don’t have any way to celebrate? Just a little weird. But I’ve got great news! Hop off that creaky metal kid-killer and get excited, because DLsite’s Hentai Expo is back at it again this year! It’s still about a month away, but that doesn’t mean we can’t start getting hyped the hell up. Besides, I couldn’t just leave you all by yourself. People were starting to stare. Anyway, let’s start out by seeing how last year’s event went down…

Last Year

Ahh, I remember it like it was yesterday. The stream went live, and there they were, the two fabulous hosts of the event: Internet funnyman HighGai and JAV lady-turned-all-around entertainer extraordinaire Shibuya Kaho. If you’re not familiar, give her a Googling and thank me later. Anyway, they had loads and loads of hentai games to show off, from all around the world! Hentai Expo IS an international celebration, after all, and contrary to popular belief, Japan’s not the only country that’s horny as hell — just the one that’s the loudest about it. But studios from all over the world sang their songs of sex during the stream, and the genre diversity was pretty spectacular. There were horror VNs, brain-teasing puzzle games, action-adventure platformers, and even a wacky little kart racer. I mean, hey, why not? Hentai games should still be games. The faps will come naturally. And speaking of faps to come…

This Year

DLsite’s nice enough to help us out at the Playground every once in a while, but they’re keeping the details for this year’s Hentai Expo wrapped up tighter than a virgin’s hoohoo. All we know is that it’s going to be even BIGGER, even FUNNIER, and certainly even WETTER than before! And since we can’t offer much in the way of secret information, how about a quick look at some of the games that’ll be featured during the stream?

And there you go, a bit of a sneak peek as to what you can expect from the world’s only streaming celebration busting a nut to fictional characters. Last year’s fun-filled stream left some pretty big shoes to fill, but if Hentai Expo’s social media is anything to go by, said shoes will be left in tatters by the tremendous feet on which HE2023 will swagger onto the scene. Get your lotion, get in some preparatory bicep curls, and GET EXCITED, because it’s almost showtime!
